Indie chooses Brandon

We actually thought that it would take along time for us to find a puppy match for Brandon given that even our family and friends avoid minding Brandon like the plague leaving us to our own devices all the time. So when the second dog came to visit, the five of us were playing and enjoying the gorgeous little puppy and Brandon was in the other room minding his own business quietly for once. Anyway, Brandon came through our room and went outside quietly for once and since that moment Indie and Brandon have been inseparable. I mean what can Indie possibly see in Brandon when we were doing the cuddling and playing and he was ignoring him however Indie has seen some beauty and wonder in Brandon that I am hoping one day I am able to also witness and appreciate. Indie never deserts Brandon and never gets angry with him and likewise Brandon is always patient with her- how can a dog establish a stronger relationship with my son than what I can? This is the mystery I am wanting to tap into. At this stage there is no physical contact between them but a close bond that only they understand and can appreciate. This is the journey I will be sharing with you- the love of a dog and her best mate Brandon.

  1. Animals have an innate sense about our kids..dolphins, dogs and even cats. They know our kids need them. Our old dog passed away last year and was so wonderful. She and stef had such a special relationship.
